VAVADOG DONATES PERCENTAGE OF ONLINE SALES TO AMERICARES®

San Francisco, CA (January 2005)  From now until February 14, 2005, Vavadog urban dog apparel and accessories (www.vavadog.com) will donate 25 percent of online sales to AmeriCares®, a nonprofit disaster relief and humanitarian aid organization providing immediate response to the Tsunami Disaster.

Additionally, 50 percent of profit sales of the yellow Sassy Chic collar will also go towards the tsunami disaster relief fund, in support of our US troops who are aiding in the search and rescue.

"This is an enormous disaster, and we feel it is our duty to help as much as we can," says founder and designer Marietta Bernstein. "This tragedy has hit very close to home for us, as we have family in Southeast Asia. Our hearts go out to every person who has lost a loved one in this catastrophe."
