CANCELLATION POLICY
Vavadog offers a 24-hour grace period (from the time the order is placed) in which to cancel an order.

RETURN POLICY
Vavadog stands behind all of our products and trusts you will be pleased with everything you purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with any unused item, contact us within 5 business days for a return authorization number (RMA). Please return the item in its original packaging within 5 business days of authorization to: Vavadog

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 10 business days of receipt of the order and we will work to correct the problem. Vavadog reserves the right to review the item(s) condition before replacements are sent. Please note that Vavadog will ship replacements to the U.S. only. All international shipping is at the purchaser's expense.
